Thunder Bay's Charter Experts
Thunder Bay is where we're based, and it shows in how we understand this region. We know that a wedding needs flexible timing for photo stops. We know tournament teams need overnight gear storage. We know corporate retreats need Wi-Fi so people can work en route. That's why we build run sheets around your itinerary—not fixed routes or rigid schedules.
Our drivers train for Northwestern Ontario's unique challenges: winter roads that can shift conditions in hours, remote routes where reliability matters most, and the kind of weather that tests both vehicles and crews. Our fleet is built for this—engine pre-heaters for cold starts, heat pumps for temperature control, and Starlink Wi-Fi that works even on remote routes.
Whether you're connecting Thunder Bay to Winnipeg for a school trip, Sioux Lookout for a tournament, or planning a multi-stop wedding loop through the city, we bring the vehicles, drivers, and local knowledge to make your group travel seamless.

"Excellent service, our driver Jalal was great, went above and beyond! Editing my review because my second experience was very concerning. Different driver. Continual weaving on the road, every time he checked his left mirror... which was constantly... the van drifted left onto the centre line rumble strip. Unclear if just a bad driver or more going on. Driver also did some texting during the drive. Final edit to say that the company took my concerns seriously and I think they really are a good service and a good company."

"Service EXCEPTIONAL!!! The office staff to the driver were attentive, accommodating and showed care for all my needs. The bus though was the bumpiest. Although I sat in the front seat, I was sick from bouncing around and hitting the side of the bus over the 10 hours. The highways were fine but the bus bounced ridiculously and I wondered what was wrong with it. A most uncomfortable trip."

Real trips we've handled for Thunder Bay groups. From airport transfers to multi-day tournaments, here's what planners book us for.
Since 2014, our base at 947 Memorial Avenue has been at the heart of Thunder Bay's transportation network. For eleven years, we've connected Northwestern Ontario's largest city with communities across the region—Dryden, Pickle Lake, Red Lake, Timmins, Longlac, Wawa, Sault Ste. Marie, and beyond.
But we're more than just charter buses. We're the logistics partner schools call for field trips, wedding planners trust for multi-stop photo loops, tournament organizers rely on for equipment transport, and businesses count on for corporate retreats. Our same-day parcel service to Sioux Lookout and remote communities reflects our deeper mission: keeping Northern Ontario connected, whether that's people, packages, or both.
Every charter gets the same treatment: clean buses, professional drivers who know the routes, and dispatch that tracks your trip from start to finish. Whether it's 14 passengers in a Ford Transit or 56 in a Motor Coach, we treat your group like it's the only trip that matters.
Our commitment to excellence.
Our fleet spans from 8-passenger luxury sprinters to 150-passenger coaches, all built for comfort and reliability. Every vehicle has climate control that works in -40°C winters, comfortable reclining seats for long journeys, and Starlink Wi-Fi that keeps working even on remote Northern routes.
Our drivers aren't just certified—they're experienced with Northwestern Ontario's unique challenges. They know when to slow down for weather, how to handle remote routes, and what to do when conditions change. Every vehicle gets regular maintenance and safety inspections, and we're fully licensed and insured.
When you book with Kasper, you're not just getting transportation. You're getting a partner that treats your group with the same care we'd give our own families. That means clean buses, professional drivers, and service you can count on.
